Kevin,
I have been looking for pictures or any kind of memories of the George Street Pool. I cannot believe you have put this video together. I can remember skating here during one of the contests at the Gaillard, I must have been all of 12 or 13 years old at the time. This was the most amazing place to skate in Charleston at the time. I was actually competing in the contest and came in 2nd place - Peanut Brown was one of the judges. I can remember the police chasing us out as well. Amazing to see a shot of former Police Chief Greenberg on the scene.

This video brings back so many great memories of the skate culture we grew up with and helped shape today.

I live in Charleston today and have told many friends about the bowl - most cannot believe that we ever had such a thing. I am glad to see that someone felt passionate enough about thrashing days of the past and display them here.

Thank you for the memories!
Sincerely,
Bobby Pilch

Thanks, Frank. I don't have any info on the date or label. I know the brothers are supposedly going to Spain to do some shows and were hoping to have the record to commemorate the trip. That's about all I know. I'm looking forward to seeing it, same as you.

Greetings Mr. Taylor,

Sure do dig the cover art you've contributed for the upcoming Oldham Brothers EP--certainly true to the Goyan muse, maybe even a spot of Ralph Steadman as well (just my free association & appreciation). As for the release, any word on what label will be producing it? Thought I'd ask. At any rate, best of luck with your current projects. Special regards,

Kevin! hey dude, remember me? What's it been, 20 years? I still remember climbing over fences to get to your backyard. I'm living in Charlotte, NC now. One little boy and another one on the way. I dig the website. Still checking out some of your pieces. Hope all is well.
